Established in 2002, the Department of Corporate Secretaryship at Kumararani Meena Muthiah College of Arts & Science offers a dynamic undergraduate program that provides a strong foundation in commerce, management, corporate laws, secretarial practice, governance, taxation, and entrepreneurship.

Eligibility criteria
Prospective candidates must have completed their plus two education in commerce and accountancy.
Scope of the program
The B.Com. Corporate Secretaryship Program is designed to equip graduates with essential knowledge and skills to pursue careers in different managerial levels at organisations, lead to professional courses and make them into professionals and encourage students to become entrepreneurs. This program fosters comprehensive personal development by providing a well-rounded education and exposure to a wealth of knowledge in the areas of secretarial practices, auditing, management, taxation, industrial laws, and corporate governance. Graduates of this program will be well-prepared to excel in competitive exams such as CA, CS, ICMA, and other related courses.
