Youth Red Cross

  • Youth Red Cross, a significant constituent of the Indian Red Cross, was started in 2003. It creates an awareness in the area of health, hygiene, civic and human responsibilities, service and a spirit of helpfulness to others in the minds of youths.
  • This three-fold programme consists of (a) the Protection of health and life, (b) the Service to the sick and suffering, and (c) the Promotion of National and international friendship to develop the mental and moral capabilities of the youth.
  • The YRC of KRMMC organises various projects like Eye camps, first aid training, Environmental surveys, visits to orphanages, hospitals, blind schools etc., The focus is always on community welfare
  • Our YRC signature projects include First aid training for all first years and disaster Management for all Second years.
